CONFIRMATIONS
During the reservation process, you will be required to provide a credit card number. As soon as we receive your reservation request, we will send you an email confirmation, subject to availability. Reservations are not valid unless you have received a confirmation email from Orlando Executive Transportation. Reservations may only be made and confirmed by our office staff.
Reservations cannot be made by our chauffeurs, verbal confirmations are void. It is recommended that you make your reservation at least 48 hours prior to the pick-up time. It is possible to make a last minute reservation, however, depending on the availability of the vehicle.
You should carefully review your confirmation. In the event that you find any errors in the confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible. We will route our drivers according to the information contained in the confirmation email, such as the pick up address and time.
RATES
Before making a reservation, please note that rates are subject to availability and may change without notice. Upon approval and confirmation of the reservation, the rates will not be changed. All rides lasting more than two hours will be reversed as hourly charters. Prior to accepting a reservation, dispatch will inform the client. For long-distance rides, garage time will be applied.
WAITING TIME
Your vehicle will be dispatched according to the estimated arrival time of the flight. The client will be billed at the hourly rate if he or she is delayed at baggage claim, or if the waiting time exceeds the allotted thirty (30) minutes for domestic flights, 35 minutes for private FBOs, and 60 minutes for international flights. All private flights and commercial airline arrivals are monitored by Orlando Executive Transportation.
From the time of landing, domestic flights have a 30-minute time allowance and international flights have a 60-minute time allowance. In the event of a scheduled pickup at the Seaport, there is a 30-minute time allowance, and for local address pickups, there is a 15-minute time allowance. There will be a $15 charge per 15 minutes added to luxury sedans and a $25 charge per 15 minutes on SUVs after the time allowance. After 1.5 hrs. waiting time ride reverts to hourly charter charge from original scheduled time.
If you can not locate your driver please call contact us to avoid being billed as a No Show. Additional Stops less than 20 min on Luxury Sedan/SUV – $25 and additional Requested Stop exceeding 20 min is billed as additional hour based on the hourly rate on selected vehicle.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Your credit card will be charged as soon as the reservation is made. Your reservation will be canceled if your credit card does not have sufficient funds available. Credit card information is not stored by us. All credit card payments are processed through a secure payment gateway. You may see the charges on your credit card statement as Stripe for a few hours following the transaction.
EXCESS CLEANING FEE | VEHICLE DAMAGE
The company will charge the client additional fees to cover any expenses that are required to be expended on the vehicle during or after the transportation service due to the actions of the client or any passenger (i.e., spilling food, drinks, vomiting, smoking is prohibited, excessive trash). The company will, at its discretion, charge the client additional fees to cover such expenses. The client will be charged in full for any damage to the vehicle caused by his or her actions or those of any passengers. Clean up fees start at $250.
CANCELLATIONS
For local (MCO) one-way transfers for standard sedans and SUVs, Orlando Executive Transportation requires cancellations by email at least four hours in advance of the pickup time. An email cancellation request is required for long-distance trips over 50 miles from Orlando International Airport.
We require a 24-hour cancellation by email for Premium SUVs, Premium Sedans, and Sprinter Vans. The full rate of the scheduled trip will be charged if a cancellation is not made within the required timeframe by email.
A cancellation notice of 24 hours is required for hourly charter reservations. In order to avoid being charged for the full amount of your reservation, please email your cancellation request to booking@luxuryorlandolimos.com.
